Industrial Themed | Sengkang Rivervale Drive

Clients' love for alcohol is very apparent from their collection thus a bar counter was specially created for the private love birds. Clients also prefer a dark and rustic vibe thus industrial elements were added all around the HDB apartment.

This project features a T-shaped bar counter island connected to open niche shelving cum kitchen countertop and cabinetry design.

Bar Counter Island cum Kitchen

Continuous strip of wood extending from the bar counter towards the cabinet on the left.

Metal framed racks for wine bottles and wine glasses (hanging from the 2 prong side).

Matched with industrial-looking metal framed bar stools to complete the look.

Living Room with Customized TV Console

TV console design mimicking the T-shaped bar counter island.

Crates and barrels were added for aesthetics as well as practical use as coffee tables. Sofa has pipes as frame.

Shelving behind the sofa for smaller photo frames and dried flowers (clearer view as a black and white sketch and as a rendered image in separate posts).

Highlighting feature is the hanging pendant light bulbs.

Door Entrance Area

Door entrance area with shoe cabinetry and shelving for small plants (clearer view as a black and white sketch in a separate post).

Wall mounted pipe light bulb (clearer view as a black and white sketch in a separate post).

Adjustable spotlights for highlighting different aspects of the apartment especially the photo frames. (For adjusted view please see a separate post 2 grids prior)

Kitchen

Open concept kitchen having tall cabinet integrated with oven.

L-Shaped hood and hob with sink facing bar counter and living room to facilitate supervision of kids during washing of cutleries.

To facilitate supervision of kids during cooking time is also possible, the hood and hob can switch places with the sink. Thus the hood have to change to a downdraft cooker hood.

Spotlights were adjusted here to highlight the shelving and pipe light bulbs.
